Who this policy covers

This policy explains how Wonderora uses personal information when you browse the store, contact us, begin checkout or place an order. For privacy questions and requests, email wonderoraselling@gmail.com.

Information used

We and our service providers process information you supply, including your name, email, telephone number if supplied, delivery and billing details, cart contents, order and payment status, and support messages. Hosting and checkout services also process technical information such as IP address, browser, device, cookies and usage events needed to run and secure the services.

Payment information is processed by the payment provider. Do not send payment-card details, passwords or identity documents through the contact form or by email.

How information is used

Information is used to provide the storefront and checkout, remember your bag, process and fulfil orders, communicate about purchases and returns, answer support requests, prevent fraud, troubleshoot service problems and meet applicable legal obligations.

Shopify, Pendym and Whop

The storefront is hosted by Shopify. Checkout uses Pendym and Whop alongside Shopify. Relevant contact, delivery, cart, order and payment-status information is shared with these providers to perform their functions and with fulfilment or delivery providers as needed for an order.

If you enter your email during checkout without completing payment, Pendym can send your contact and checkout information to Shopify for checkout follow-up. A marketing subscription is recorded only if you select the marketing option. You can opt out of promotional email using its unsubscribe link or by contacting us; essential order and service messages may still be sent.

Browser storage and external resources

The website uses browser storage to remember cart selections. Shopify and checkout services use their own cookies or similar technologies. Clearing browser site data can reset your saved bag. The site requests fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive connection information when the fonts load. Cookie or privacy choices shown by the relevant service apply to that service.

Legal grounds, retention and transfers

Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, processing is based on performing an order or taking steps at your request, complying with legal obligations, legitimate interests such as support and security where permitted, or consent where required. We keep information as needed for these purposes, accounting and legal requirements, and resolving disputes. Service providers may process information in countries other than yours; applicable safeguards and provider arrangements govern those transfers.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, withdraw consent, or exercise rights concerning targeted advertising or sharing of personal information. Contact wonderoraselling@gmail.com to make a request. We may need to verify your identity using proportionate information. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Shopify’s own privacy requests can be made through Shopify’s privacy portal.

Children and updates

This store is intended for purchasers who can lawfully place an order. Contact us if a child has supplied personal information so we can review the request. We may update this policy to reflect service or legal changes and will change the date above.
